5Tiger vs. Dragon: Classic!Dec 16, 2004
By Kit
Some fairly action packed episodes in this volume, and ones that don't disappoint. Included episodes are:

"Deadline of Life And Death!": Cygnus Hyoga and Andromeda Shun made it to Seiya and Saori just in time, but as they arrive, so do two more Silver Saints. Auriga Capella and Cerebus Dante make their debuts and prove themselves to be worthy adversaries -- until Phoenix Ikki makes the save just in the nick of time!

"Death Queen Island Explodes!": Ikki returns to his childhood training ground of Death Queen Island, only to be "greeted" by some of his, uh, "old buddies".

"Tears of The Dragon!": Still feeling the effects of his fight with Perseus Algol, Dragon Shiryu is ready to call it quits as a Saint, until an old face from his training days decides to reenter his life.

"Farewell to a Comrade!": Onko, swearing vengeance, faces off against Shiryu in a classic match of Tiger vs. Dragon! Even with Onko's self-added handicap, will Shiryu have what it takes to finally defeat his old training buddy once and for all?

"Seiya's Journey of Hope!": Seiya desperately wants to cure Shiryu, and with the help of the mysterious Mu's apprentice Kiki, he might just be able to do that. However, there's someone waiting for him, and his name is Arachne, the Tarantula Saint...

5shiryu vs okko, the love between shunray and shiryu, etc...Jul 04, 2004
By robot17 "robot17"
i remember very well the episodes in this vol. 7
the fight that ikki(and in the end, shun also)have with the 2 silver saint called Auriga Acapella and Cerverus Dante(i think that one of them is Italian)and the way ikki make also fun of them(almost like Arucard from Hellsing)and then and leave Dante barely alive so that his little brother shun can finish him of with his weapons.
and also when Death Queen island got destroyed just like Atlantis continent, and the beautifulls flash back of the love between ikki and Esmeralda(who says that they is no romance in ss?), and how he was witness of his lover's tragic death. T__T
and what about the cool fight between shiryu and Okko? it was also cool, but more cool was the funny scene were shunray was about to undress in order to take a "bath" in the river and tell to shiryu not too look at her naked body and shiryu remembers and tell her that: "she don't have to worry about that anymore, UNFORTUNALY"
so in this dvd not only we see the couple of ikki x esmeralda but also the lovely couple of shiryu x shunray, so in this vol, we can see how shiryu and shunray like each other and take care each other, as lovers.
and don't forget the last episode of this dvd were seiya search a kind of "miracle" water that he think it can cure shiryu's blind problem, another episode of perfect brotherhood relationship between 2 saints.

5Character driven volumeJul 01, 2004
By Gerardo "gerenriq"
Fantastic volume. This one basically delves deep into Ikki and Shiryu. You'll see a lot from their past, cool action, beautiful music. Probably the best volume in the series so far. If you're collecting Saint Seiya already, buy this NOW! And if you're unsure whether to collect the series or not, give it a try!
